TRAIL STATUS UPDATE:

1.17.17 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are CLOSED as of 12AM.  With the recent warmer than average weather along with rain, the trails will remain closed until further notice.  Please check back for trail updates.   Please ride trails according to the @prescottsnobees Facebook page, the prescottsnobees.com web site, or the trail hotline 715-639-6311.

1.11.17 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are OPEN as of 5PM. Watch for trail hazards including icy spots and low snow areas such as chisel plowed fields. Please ride trails according to the prescottsnobees.com site or the trail hotline 715-639-6311.  

12.25.16 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are CLOSED as of 6AM. Stay tuned for further updates.  Please ride trails according to the prescottsnobees.com site or the trail hotline 715-639-6311. 

12.22.16 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are OPEN as of 8AM. Trail conditions are good to fair. However, River Falls area trails will remain closed (intersection 105A to intersection 108). Bay City area also has closures.  Please respect all closed signs and gates.  Also, be cautious of possible water and ice on the trail in the Beldenville area.  The remainder of trails will be evaluated continuously to determine when we need to close.  Stay tuned for further updates.  Now that the trails are open, care must be taken to avoid early season hazards and new trail reroutes. 12.18.16 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are currently CLOSED. Grooming operations are still finishing the first pass throughout the county.  The groomer operators have to inspect the trails as they groom. The last trail signs have just been finished up on a couple sections of trail.  There are at least 2 major hazards that have to be resolved before we can open trails. Stay tuned for further updates.  When the trails do open, care must be taken to avoid early season hazards and new trail reroutes.  Please ride trails according to the prescottsnobees.com site or the trail hotline 715-639-6311.

12.12.16 Trail Update:  The Pierce County snowmobile trails are currently CLOSED. Grooming operations have begun throughout the county.  The groomer operators are inspecting the trails as they groom. Groomers are knocking down bumps in the chisel plowed fields and smoothing out any standing weeds and debris still standing. There is a possibility with a large snowfall on the way that we may open the trails soon afterwards.  When the trails do open, care must be taken to avoid early season hazards and new trail reroutes.  Please ride trails according to the prescottsnobees.com site or the trail hotline 715-639-6311.
