TRAIL STATUS UPDATE:
2.21.21 Trail Status: Pierce County Trail Status: Pierce County Snowmobile Association is closing the trails at 11:30 tonight with the hope that they can get everything groomed tight enough to outlast the 40-degree warm up this week. Looks like we go from 20-below to 40-above in less than a week -enjoy the T-shirt weather everyone. Hopefully we can open up after it cools off and we get some more snow.
2.4.21 Trail Status: Pierce County Trail Status: The Pierce County Snowmobile Trails OPEN at NOON today. Please respect our Landowners and stay on the trail. Off-trail riding is becoming a real problem and we are in jeopardy of losing some sections of trail. Please spread the word. 2.1.21 Trail Status: Due to the recent warmup, the Pierce County Snowmobile trails are CLOSED as of 12AM Monday morning. 1.24.21 Trail Status: The Pierce County snowmobile trails will be OPEN as of 12PM NOON today! We have finally received enough snow to get out and enjoy!
BEWARE of early season riding conditions. They can consist of gate closures, new trail locations and different signing, to steep approaches and ditches that need to be filled with snow as groomers do their work. Please watch out for groomers on the trail and only pass once the operator signals you to safely do so.
2.22.20 Trail Status: The Pierce County snowmobile trails will be closed as of 6am Saturday due to the high temps and warm winds. We will let you know as soon as they can open again.
